Weekly Wrap Up- Fall Break Edition

This week was out fall break. We did a small amount of school on Monday and Tuesday and then had a break on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Tuesday's soccer was canceled because of rain. We've had to miss two games now. We've had such a wet fall.

On Wednesday, we did big room cleaning, and I sorted seasonal clothes.

On Thursday, the girls and I went out and did our Operation Christmas Child shoebox shopping. Charles was at Grandmommy's because it was his turn to spend the night.

On Friday we went on a great field trip with some homschool friends. We went to the Schiele Museum in Gastonia. It is a great museum and free with our Discvoery Place membership, but we don't go very often because it is a long drive. I had heard of a great park in Gastonia, so we decided to make a day of it. We spent the morning at the museum and then went to McDonalds and took lunch to the park.

On Saturday, we had soccer games that were not canceled, and then Saturday night we went trick-or-treating in the rain- definitely a Halloween to remember!

Here are some pictures of our Friday trip and our trick-or-treaters. Kathryne and Ashlyne were sleep-walkers, Charles was a ninja, and Rachel was Elmo.
