Holiday Reading

I really enjoy bringing a variety of holiday books to our Christmas reading. This year as we've done Christmas Around the World, I had the opportunity to review The Hanukkah Mice from Amazon. It fit perfectly with our reading of Israel's Christmas traditions. It's a cute, charming book with nice colorful illustrations. The story of mice following a family through the Hanukkah celebration and ultimately being able to celebrate the holiday for themselves was a really sweet story. There were quite a few Hanukkah traditions that were referenced but not really explained, and they encouraged us to look up the traditions of the holiday for ourselves. I received a free copy of this book for review purposes. All opinions expressed are entirely my own. This blog post may contain affiliate links and buying through those links may result in cash compensation for me. However I do not recommend any product that I cannot truly say I have enjoyed.
