Testimony Tuesdays

I have a very big praise to share for today's Testimony Tuesday. And then, perhaps, I'll give up on the share idea. I don't think I'm ready for hosting a meme, maybe.

Three and a half weeks ago, I went gluten free to attempt something, anything to help with fibromyalgia. I didn't expect a change. In fact, I was hoping there wouldn't be a change so that I would have an excuse to stop.

But, I have noticed some changes. There was not a single moment of going from pain to no pain. But I have noticed a lessening of the severity of pain. And I've noticed that I can go longer/have more activity without being in very significant pain.

I am so very thankful for this. I am feeling more hopeful and more encouraged than I have in quite a while.

Psalm 98

O sing to the Lord a new song,
For He has done wonderful things,
His right hand and His holy arm have gained the victory for Him.
The Lord has made known His salvation;
He has revealed His righteousness in the sight of the nations.
He has remembered His lovingkindness and His faithfulness to the house of Israel;
All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.
Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth;
Break forth and sing for joy and sing praises.
Sing praises to the Lord with the lyre,
With the lyre and the sound of melody.
With trumpets and the sound of the horn
Shout joyfully before the King, the Lord.
Let the sea roar and all it contains,
The world and those who dwell in it.
Let the rivers clap their hands,
Let the mountains sing together for joy
Before the Lord, for He is coming to judge the earth;
He will judge the world with righteousness
And the peoples with equity.

I'll not be posting a linky today. I may try this again in the future.
