Menu Plan Monday

I am trying really hard to get back on track with some family meals this week.  We have one more really busy week, and then things are winding down.  I am hoping that we can find time to eat together every night this week despite our business.  I actually broke out my white board this week and wrote our menu plan on it.  Maybe if everyone sees it, I’ll be accountable to stick to it.
