Last week was out last Wednesday night dinner at church, so this week, I actually have to plan a meal for every day! Aaack! When most of our afternoon/evening busyness is over, I’ll probably take the kids to Kids Eat Free at Earth Fare on Thursdays, but in the meantime, here’s five meals (with plans for leftovers on the weekend):
Monday: Roast in the crockpot with potatoes; green beans
Tuesday: Uglies, Mac and cheese; corn
Wednesday: Chicken casserole; peas; pinto beans
Thursday: Tator tot casserole; fruit
Friday: Homemade top your own pizzas with bread machine dough; salad; fruit
