 There have been quite a few really good free and frugal things I’ve found around the web lately.

Over at The Homeschool Lounge, members have access to a free online homeschool planner from Mardel. There is a review and a link to sign up.

Homeschool Giveaways and Freebies has a free bundle with books for moms and kids.

Educents has a great pack with themed printables. They are designed for a classroom, but I see lots of things I can use here at home for schooling also!

There are also some goodies free from Amazon this week. I especially like these young reader books to have on my Kindle for my girls to read.

There are some great Giveaways to enter this week.

First, don’t forget to read about The Old Schoolhouse Expo here and enter to win your ticket. There are going to be some great homeschool speakers, a virtual vendor hall, door prizes and more- all from the comfort of your own home!

Educents has a whole set of Back to School Giveaways for the month of August. There are prizes to win every day!

And there is a HUGE Giveaway with lots of great prizes at Homeschool Adventure. There are Bible study books, logic books, geography books, timeline figures and more!

And here are some frugal deals from around the web this week.

Educents has a so cute peel and play map that is on sale for $39.

We LOVE What’s In the Bible, the DVDs from the creator of Veggie Tales that tell about all the books of the Bible. They present the Bible in easy to understand, fun ways; but there is lots of information about the Bible and God’s plan through history. There is a Back to School Sale right now, and you can save %10 on any order over $25.

var zfBaseURL=((“https:”==document.location.protocol) ? “” : “”); document.write(unescape(“%3Cscript src=” + zfBaseURL + ” type=”text/javascript”%3E%3C/script%3E”)); This book from Amazon would be a great compliment to a state study:
I hope you find something free, fun, and frugal that you can use. Leave a note in the comments if you have other good deals from around the web.
