Beautiful Gifts...And a Giveaway...From Logos Trading Post (And the Literacy Musings Monday Linkup)

One of my favorite parts of reviewing books and other products is that, occasionally, I'll find really new and unique goodies from new-to-me publishers or companies. That's definitely been the case with two beautiful products from Logos Trading Post.

If you're looking for gifts for the reader or the tech guru in your life, these would be perfect for those folks on your Christmas list. And in the giveaway at the bottom of the post, you can win these- and more- from Logos Trading Post as well as find an awesome discount for my readers. So keep reading!

Gifts from Logos Trading Post

Logos Trading Post

The story of how the Logos Trading Post came about is an interesting one. The founder of the company is from Turkey. He wanted to share the beautiful Turkish rugs with his friends and colleagues. But he also wanted to share the Word of God. Thus the LogosPad was born.

Besides the LogosPad- mouse pads- there are also bookmarks, coasters, jewelry, and some other home items available at the Logos Trading Post. Part of the ministry of the company is to share the gospel in Asia Minor. So the beautiful replicas of Turkish rugs in the products are produced there.

The LogosPad

I received the Logos mouse pad with John 3:16 written on it. The mouse pad is beautiful. The cover is the small woven Turkish rug, and it has exquisite detail to be such a small version. There is even a rug fringe on the side edges. The mouse pads can be washed in cold water, and the rug coverings are all handwoven in Turkey.

Logos Woven Bookmark

The Logos woven bookmark that I received has Proverbs 3:5-6 written on it. Like the mouse pad, it has incredible detail to be such a small rug replica. The bookmark is long enough to be a good fit for a Bible. But it would look equally beautiful in any book you're reading.

A Beautiful Reminder

I love both the mouse pad and bookmark from Logos Trading Post. Using these on a daily basis keeps God's Word at the forefront of my mind. We're to hide God's Word in our heart, and what better way to do that than with a beautiful reminder that is going to be on something practical that we use in our regular day-to-day lives.

These are also a great reminder to pray for the believers and unbelievers in Turkey and Asia Minor. When I see my mouse pad on my desk or use my bookmark in the current book I'm reading, I'm reminded of the importance of spreading God's Word.
