5 Homemade Valentine's Day Gifts to Give...Even If You Aren't Creative

I must confess something, Friends. I am NOT a creative person. I’m just not. I suppose that in a way my creating lesson plans and my love of coloring are creative. I guess I would say I’m not “Pinterest” creative.

Have you ever seen some of those beautiful homemade gift ideas on Pinterest and thought, “I could make that!” only to have what you made turn out not so gift worthy? I could start a blog with my Pinterest fails. In fact, I have a permanent red stain on my kitchen linoleum because I was trying to make a decorative cork board I found on Pinterest. It’s a long story.

I would love to get these as a gift! There are four heart-shaped soaps. They’re made of all natural and organic ingredients and covered in soft wool. It would make a great gift for parent or best friend. (And you can tell my husband they’d be a great gift for wives as well!)

Mini Heart-Shaped Wax Melts

These mini wax melts are made of natural soy and shaped like hearts. They come in a variety of colors and scents and you get forty-eight hearts in a bag. These would be great to split up and give as teacher gifts for your child’s Sunday school teacher or co-op teacher or coach.

Homemade Soap and Lip Balm Set

I love to find little gifts that come in sets. Am I the only one? This set has a soap and lip balm made with all natural ingredients. The price is so good that you can buy several sets- one for each of your kiddos, if you have a house full of girls. They would also make cute teacher gifts.

Homemade Hot Cocoa Mason Jar Gift With Personalized Tag

These are super cute little mason jars filled with homemade hot cocoa mix. They come complete with a little gift tag that you can customize. Because you can personalize the tag, you can use these little jars as a great gift for anyone, but I think they would make cute gifts for teachers or the kids’ friends.

Digital Printable Valentine’s Stickers

If you’re looking for a cute addition to the Valentines your kids want to hand out or you want to make valentines for a co-op class or other kid group, these would be perfect to add to a sweet gift. You can customize the wording on the stickers as well.
